Protecting Everything That Matters To You

The Marrone Law Firm

New York Estate Planning and Elder Law

At The Marrone Law Firm, we provide our clients with more than just pre-printed forms or cookie-cutter representation. We offer personalized service to every one of our clients. We treat our clients like family, and remain committed to providing the best overall client experience.

The Marrone Law Firm was founded in 2015 to focus solely on planning for residents of Central and Northern New York with needs in Elder Law & Medicaid Planning, Estate Planning, Probate, Trust & Estate Administration, and Guardianship & Special Needs.

We help you plan for whatever the future holds, and if that is Medicaid or a nursing home placement, we protect and shield your assets so that neither the government, nor the facility, can access what you've saved a lifetime to earn.

By helping draft a proper Estate Plan, we’ll help assure that your assets pass to the people you want when you pass away. Just as important: court costs and legal fees will be reduced and your estate won't be tied up in probate or with estate tax problems.

We assist you when a family member passes away and you want to probate their estate or administer their Trust. We prepare any trust accountings, probate documents, and any estate tax returns. If there is a dispute, we also handle estate litigation for you and will zealously advocate to protect your interests in court.

We also can help you if you need to obtain a guardianship for a loved one, whether the family member has special needs or is an incapacitated elderly individual. We have experience representing guardians and serving as guardian for individuals in both Article 17-a proceedings and Article 81 proceedings.
