Through a combination of our legal expertise and care coordination, we are able to help find the right place and support the client during that season of change.
Diagnosis Planning
We have helped countless families through the life-altering dementia or Alzheimer’s diagnosis transition, and as a result, we’ve created a bundle of services called the “Season’s Transition Plan” that acts as a road-map plan to ensure that your loved one’s needs are being met, but also provides peace of mind that your family is thinking about and doing all the right things at the right times. This planning includes multiple components of our Firm's services, including Dementia Planning and our Medicaid Applications practice areas.
System Navigation
Knowing the right resources to use in a situation involving a senior can be tricky. Our team knows how to navigate resources and benefits in Central New York for our clients, and get them what they need.
