The Marrone Law Firm Volunteers at Surrogate's Court Clinic

On March 14, 2018, attorneys at The Marrone Law Firm volunteered to provide free legal advice on estates, guardianships and special needs planning to individuals through the Onondaga County Volunteer Lawyers Project Surrogate's Court Clinic.

The Surrogate's Court Clinic provides free advice and information to residents of Syracuse and Central New York with low to moderate income on all issues including small estates, 17-A Guardianship, Power of Attorney, Wills, and other Trusts & Estates Issues. Volunteer attorneys provide on-the-spot assistance with filling out various forms for Surrogate's Court.

Attorneys at The Marrone Law Firm regularly volunteer at the clinic and accept pro bono case referrals from the clinic and the Volunteer Lawyers Project.
