Mackenzie Donegan
Mackenzie graduated from SUNY Oswego in 2012 with a degree in Mass Communications and Broadcast Journalism. After graduating Mackenzie moved to Syracuse to accept the position of Assistant Cheerleading Coach at Syracuse University. She is still enjoying that position and cheering on the Orange.
Mackenzie serves as The Marrone Law Firm’s Director of Community Engagement, where she leads the Firm’s outreach, education, and relationship-building efforts. In this role, she represents the Firm at community meetings, seminars, and workshops, while also serving as a trusted spokesperson to long-term care providers, referral sources, and client families.
She works closely with residential care facilities and other organizations to foster meaningful partnerships that benefit clients and their families. Mackenzie also collaborates with the Firm’s leadership on the design and execution of marketing and client outreach initiatives, ensuring that our work resonates both within the community and with those we serve.
Beyond her external focus, Mackenzie plays a vital role in supporting clients directly—providing education, guidance, and access to essential long-term care and community resources. She also partners with our existing clients to evaluate the Firm’s impact, maintaining a system for client satisfaction that reflects our mission to serve families with care and integrity.
Mackenzie’s dedication to advocacy, education, and relationship-building reflects the Firm’s values and strengthens our connection to the community.
