Responsibilities:
- Maintaining database of Firm's active probate & estate administration files;
- Preparation of all documents for estate administration, including, probate petitions, inventories, estate accountings, and estate closing documents;
- Meeting with clients and their families;
- Communicating with beneficiaries;
- Serve as main point of contact for existing probate & estate administration clients;
- Supervise e-filing of all trust & estate administration cases through NYSCEF

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a paralegal, with an emphasis on trust & estate administration and/or estate planning
